Abstract
Pot experiment was carried out during season 1999/2000 in Giza Agricultral Research Center ( ARC ) to study the .effect of salinity, nitrogen fertilizer ( 30,60 and 90 kg N I fed . ) as calcium nitrate and ammonium sulphate and their interactions on growth characters, biochemical constituents, quality and productivity of sugar beet ( Beta vulgaris , L. ) .
