study included 77 patients with penile curvature attending
Clinic of Andrology Department, Kasr El-Aini, Cairo
University, from period Between 1-6-1998 to 1-4-2000, all of the patients were subjected to full history taking and clinical examination including general and genital examination, intracorporal injection and photography
to demonstrate the curvature, ultrasonography was made to patients with
-. suspected fibrous plaques, duplex was made to patients with suspected
venogenic impotence, rigiscan was made to cases associated with weak erection problem who were going to be subjected to penile prosthesis implantation operation.
These 77 patients: 52 were Peyronie's disease, II were congenital,
8 were postinjection deviation, I was urethral manipulation syndrome and
I was corporal fibrosis.
