Abstract
The present work aimed to investigate the possible toxicological and pharmacological effects of the aqueous as well as the ethanolic extracts of Artemisiajudaica plant.
The acute toxicity study of both extracts revealed that Artemisia judaica plant is quietly safe. No abnormal symptoms appeared on mice after oral administration of the aqueous extract till 5 g/kg b.wt; which was the maximum soluble dose.
