Expression of DNMT3A Gene in Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia Patients

Abstract

mbracing the results of the present study with the various prospective that was studied, three major comparisons were deduced where the first comparison was held between the patients and the controls, Where there was no statistically significant value between two groups as regards: age, sex, TLC, H.B, PLT, B.M asp, FAB, risk classify, risk stratification, remission status, DNMT3A expression before and after treatment, DNMT3A mutation, level of expression, NO pre and post treatment. As it was not applicable to compare DNMT3a expression between the patients and controls as all of them had gene expression so proceeding to sanger gene sequencing was done were it resulted in mutated gene expression and wild expression, resulting into the second comparison which was held between DNMT3A Mutated gene expressors Versus Wild expressors.it showed that there was no statistically significant value between two groups as regards:age,sex,TLC,H.B,PLT,B.M asp, FAB, CD 34, CD 117,DNMT3A mutation, level of expression, NO pre and post treatment, Remission status, overall survival.
