Abstract
From the present study, it could be concluded that there were manifest histological and histochemical changes in the follicular cells of the thyroid gland caused by Maneb administration. These changes were mostly marked following exposure to lethal dose ofManeb and were less aggressive on administration of the sublethal dose. However, the longer duration was accompained by more pronounced changes than the shorter duration. The histological changes were accompained by histochemical changes.
