Abstract
One hundred and sixty albino rats were divided into eight groups as follow:
Group A:
This group contains 20 rats. The rats were injected with diclofenac sodium daily with a dose of 1.35 mg/rat/day. Samples of blood and organs were collected from 5 rats every week for four weeks.
Group C-A:
This group contains 20 rats. The rats were injected with saline daily as a control group. Samples of blood and organs were collected from 5 rats every week for four weeks.
Group A:
