Summary E elderlyconsistsofagesnearingorsurpassingthelifeexpectancyofhumanbeings,andthustheendofthehumanlifecycle.Euphemismsandtermsforelderlyincludeoldpeople(worldwideusage),olderadults(inthesocialsciences).Oldpeopleoftenhavelimitedregenerativeabilitiesandaremorepronetodisease,syndromes,andsicknessthanyoungeradults(Robert,2013). ThecurrentguidelinesfromtheAmericanCollegeofCardiologyFoundationandAmericanHeartAssociation(ACCF/AHA),Thefirststeptowardsasuccessfultreatmentoutcomeforthepatientwithanginapectorisisaneffectiveevaluationofanginaseverityanditsimpacton thepatientfunctionalstatusandQOL(Fihnetal.,2012).Theconceptofqualityoflifefordisabledpeoplehasdifferentmeaningandtheimprovementoflifeconditions(deBelvis,2008). AimoftheStudy: Thisstudyaimstoidentifythefactorsaffectingqualityoflifeforelderlyclientssufferingfromanginapectoristhrough:- A-Assessingthephysical,psychologicaland socialfactorsaffecting thequalityoflifeforelderlyclientssufferingfromanginapectoris.
