Abstract
In the present sh1dy a total of 116 buffaloes of about 6 months to 4 years old belonging to some governorates in lower Egypt (46 buffaloes from Monofia governorate, 35 buffaloes fonn Kafer' El-Shekh governorate and 35 buffaloes fonn Kalyobia governorate) during the last outbreak in summer
1999, were clinically examined for the development of oedmatous skin
disease.
