Abstract

LBD is one of the most common and difficult occupational health problems, where at sometime it's persistent or recurrent. Now, it is one of the most common reasons for seeking health care and since there has been increasing demand for evidence-based health care, there has been neither readily evidence base nor guidance on its management. When degenerative conditions are accompanied by a functional limit to range of motion, symptoms and disability may well be present. Therefore, range of motion of myofascial tissue needs to be maintained and restored via hands-on

chiropractors, osteopaths, and musculoskeletal physicians. (?, 123) Although it

is generally acknowledged that a great diversity of approaches to physical therapy episodes of care for low back pain exist, we have little data relating to the nature and duration of care provided by physical therapists or about the factors associated with variations in physical therapy episodes of care.(16,124)
