Polycystic ovary syndrome is a clinical disorder characterized by infertility, oligomenorrhea, hirsutism, acne or seborrhea, and obesity. The typical polycystic ovary has been traditionally described as enlarged and pearly white, with a thick capsule and numerous sub­ capsular follicles
