• Thirty extracted human premolar teeth were used\ for

microleakage testing. I

• Thirty extracted human premolar teeth were used for mJrginal

integrity testing.

• Thirty extracted human molar teeth were used for shear ;bond

For microleakage and marginal integrity tests a clal:jS V

preparation was made on the buccal surface of the premolar teeth 1

mm above the cervical line. Cavities were divided into tHree

subgroups of ten teeth, each filled with one of the three materials.

Thermocycling of all teeth was done. Dye penetration method

was used to assess microleakage as teeth were immersed in' 1%

basic fuchsin dye for 24 hour then teeth were cut longitudinally b.nd

examined by microscope. 1
