Abstract
The present study was carried out over four consecutive years (1994 through 1998) and aimed to investigate the following:-
1- The phylogenetic relationships between rye and wheat genomes on the cytological level during meiosis, behavior of rye chromosomes against wheat cytoplasmic background and their effects on homologous chromosome pairing in wheat.
