Abstract
The eyes are probably the most expressive feature ofthc' human face. For this reason both men and women seek aesthetic eyelid surgery. Among oculoplastic surgery blepharoplasty the procedure done for correction what is called •'baggy lids" can dramatically achieve restoration of a more youthful appearance to the eyes of elderly as well as young candidates.
•:• Blepharoplast;' is not only performed for cosmetic reasons but also for functional purpose because hooding of the eyelid skin can cause obstruction of part of the field of vision. For this reason:-
•:• The work re\•iewed the applied anatomy of the lo,,•er eyelid
especially thefat pad distribution and other fatty area related to the lower eyelid for the surgeon who performs this operation to know the structures he deals \Vith.
