Abstract

Through the researcher’s acquaintance of some literatures and studies that dealt with the Educational Reform and it associated with the culture policy and social in Egyptian society giving several of experiments from education policy discussions markers to Egyptian educational reform with the documents and strategy spreading that different from among them at their special philosophy towards the nature of that reform and its extend with its similarity with the society changes make it towards the universe. As researcher suggest searching on the instructions policy. The education reform to the education stage pre-university in Egypt since the nineteenth of the 20th century till the end of the first period of twenty-first century as these points: - Analyzing the Educational Reform concept with its directions on the educational social literatures. - Analyzing some Educational Reform to reach to the important points of the Reform that related with the educational policy on the period. - Analyzing the documents and Education policy to discover the relation with Educational Reform instruction the nation needs and universal instruction. - Analyzing the power and effective functions on the educational reform movement on the Egyptian society to be responsible for guiding the Education policy on it. - Discuss the educational reform point pre-university and the difficulties and begin with knowing the education feature equal between internal and exterior. - Helping for making educational reform instruction strategy on the education pre-university in Egypt.
