Comparison between Effect of Enoxaparin and Clopidogrel on Improving Pregnancy Rate in ICSI: "A Randomized controlled trial"

Mai Essam El-Din Mohammed;

Abstract

Infertility is the failure of a couple of reproductive age to conceive after having regular unprotected sexual intercourse for a period of 12 months or more. Primary infertility refers to couples who have never conceived, and secondary infertility refers to couples who have previously conceived but are unable to do so again after a year of trying. Infertility affects 15% of couples and is becoming increasingly common. Of these couples, 70% will have primary and 30% secondary infertility.
The success of ART can be defined as the live birth of a child. Live birth rates with ART vary from 30% to 50%; hence various adjuncts have been employed during assisted reproduction to increase the likelihood of pregnancy and live birth. The efficacy of these adjuncts remains to be determined in many cases.
