Abstract
Waterborne viral infections are increasingly recognized as causes of illness in humans. This increase is partly explained by changes in water quality and consumption patterns that lead to the worldwide availability of high-risk. In our work we studied the using of two methods to achieve our aims. The first method was cell culture method representing in plaque infectivity assay technique for counting viruses to achieve our goal for testing of terrestrial and marine inexpensive wastes and their derivatives for evaluation of these materials and their derivatives for virus removal from water.
