Abstract


The following conclus ions are reached from the resul ts obtained in the present in vestigation:
1-The promotive effects of yeasts on increasing seed germination,

rooting and bud development, and promotion of plant vegetati ve growth and yield are induced through production of auxins and phytohormones, organic acids and chelating agents that i ncrease the availabi li ty and uptake of nutrients
