Abstract
We have introduced five new BiCMOS and CBiCMOS circuit configurations (MBiCMOS, MCBiCMOS, CBiCMOS-A, CBiCMOS-B and CBiCMOS-C). The dependence of the speed performance of these five circuits on the biasing conditions, loading capacitance and device parasitics have been studied using simulation results. The transient behavior of the CBiCMOS-B has been studied using analytical delay-time modeling
