Abstract
The Subfamily: Epinephelinae, represent one of the most important families in the Egyptian sector of the Red Sea Epinepheline or grouper are abundant, valuable and economical fish food.The present work has been suggested due to the rarity of biological, population dynamics, stock assessment and fisheries studies with respect to three Epinepheline species, Cephalopholis argus, Cephalopholis miniata and Variola louti from the Red Sea at AI- Quseir south ofHurghada by 140 Km, Egypt.
The present work is a part of a project executed m Assiut
University to study the biology and fisheries of the Red Sea fishes, so more advanced techniques and statistical methods were considered to answer a lot of important questions.
