Monitoring of Helicobacter species in selected chicken meat products with special reference to H. pylori

Abstract


Eighty samples of chicken Luncheon and chicken Kofta (40 of each) were collected randomly from different locations, supermarkets and different groceries in Assiut Governorate. The samples were examined for the prevalence of Helicohacter species.

This study was carried out by using two selective media, HPSPA and Columbia agar base .
