Abstract
The aim of this study was: -
1- The aim of this study was to compare the use of C- FAST with quantitative RT-PCR in detection of HCV infection in Egyptian patients and follow up of their treatment.
2- To follow up HCV patients receiving treatment by different modalities according to protocol of medical treatment by C-FAST and PCR in Armed Forces Hospitals treatment (interferon and ribavirin for 12 weeks and 24 weeks).
