Abstract
Aplastic anaemia is a non-malignant haemopoietic disorder characterized by peripheral blood pancytopenia and hypocellular bone marrow.
Paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria is an acquired clonal disorder of haematopoiesis, clinically characterized by intravascular haemolysis, thrombosis and often by bone marrow hypoplasia.
