Abstract

The study in both its theoretical and applied parts reached to number of results. :nc!uding. high eff1ciency of the institutional performance of the Saudi Capital Market Authonty under normal circumstances and th1s is clear from the pnces of all the ind:cators that reflect pertormance s1nce the beginnmg of the work of the Comm!ssio:t ;n mid-2004. and until the end of 2007 But with the advent of the International financial cnsis and the ;ncreasing intens1ty tnere was a marked deterioration in the efficiency of the 1nstituttona! pertormance and this is what became clear dunng the fall of most of the 1ndrcators that reflect performance during the Period 2008-2009.
