Abstract
Aging results in sagging of the skin and tissues. Neck rejuvenation is difficult as its skin is thin and presence of variety of anatomical derangement that should all be analyzed and treated.
Surgical techniques include:
1- Submental suytion assistd lip ctomy for youngwho can't tolerate face-lift.
2- Submentoplasty used in moderate deformity
3- The corset platysma repair used in bands.
4- Liposuction a simple procedure with rapid postoperative course.

Non-Surgical techniqqes include: '
!-Botulinum toxin injections
2- Intense pulsed Light (IPL) use<1t in photo-damaged skin.
