Abstract
Cotton is one of the major economic crops in Egypt. Throughout cotton growth season, it is attacked by many pests, from the seedlings stage to harvest causing different degrees and types of damage. Among these pests, The cotton leafworm (CLW), Spodoptera littoralis, (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) which is considered to be one of the most destructive agriculturallepidopterous insect pests.
