Abstract
The work is prospective study on 50 patients attending the chest clinic in Pediatric Children Hospital, Faculty of Medicine Cairo University in six month duration starting from November 2000.
Detection of organisms was done by sputum culture and sensitivity and blood culture and sensitivity.
