Abstract


Deep tectonic processes in some seismically active areas in Egypt were studied. The aim of this study is to understand the role of both near surface and deep tectonic processes for the occurrence of earthquakes. Studying these deep tectonic processes are done using the geothermal modeling and earthquake observations.
