Abstract
The aim of this study was to find out the changes in the serum level of thrombomodulin and thrombin - antithrombin lli complex in preterm neonates with sepsis, DIC and perinatal asphyxia.
This work was carried out on 30 pretenn neonates, 10 with neonatal sepsis, I 0 with DIC and 10 with perinatal asphyxia. Also I 0 healthy preterm neonates were also included as a control group.
