Abstract
Desmoid's tumours (DTs) are rare neoplasm arising
from fascial or deep musculo-aponeurotic structures.
They are localized in the abdominal wall, the bowel,
and the mesenteryn (associated with familial adenomatous
polyposis) or in extra-abdominal sites
