Abstract
The aim of the present investigation m to study some aspects of physiological behaviour of some desert xerophytes including succulent species i.e. Anabasis setifera, Z. decumhens, Z. coccineum and Z. album,
and nonsucculent xerophytes Launaea spinosa. Ochradenus baccatus.
