Abstract
Preparation of Polyaniline nanocomposite by Laser Irradiation. Study of the morphology using Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) .Study the crystallinity using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD).The particle size for nanocomposite,will be calculated from (TEM) and (XRD).The molecular structures are studied using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR).
The electronic transition are studied using Ultraviolet-Visible spectrometer (UV-Vis).The DC electrical conductivity of the investigated samples are studied over a wide temperature range and the conduction mechanism are discussed. The real part of dielectric constant (έ) and imaginary part (ε") are also studied and the relaxation time is discussed.
