Abstract

The Aspiration level in sport occupied an advanced status in the fields of study and research, in the field of competitions psychology and sports psychology as well so the current century witnessed many serious attempts to explain the conduct in the competitions and training . • Among the important characteristics for the aspiration level that must be existed in the individual are the necessity of the existence of the enough maturity for the individual to reniize his real level and the range of his abilities and understanding the abilities and skills of the other competitors and that can't be achieved completely in the first educational stages. The success of the individual in determining the level of his aspiration doesn't depend on him only but tbe others like his coach or the responsible of him help him to do that, in addition to his previous competitive experiences and the level of his maturity . If all of these existed, he would have the ability to determine a level of aspiration near to fact .

The sports confidence plays an effective role in achieving the wanted goals and increasing the range of the achievement motivation for the players. The confidence is considered one of the nest in portent elements that distinguish the individuals that have high achievement motivation .

The Research aim : To Recognize : 1- The relationship between the level of aspiration and the achievement motivation for the young footballers in bani- suef govern rate. 2- The relation ship between the kvd of aspiration and the self­ confidence for the young footballers in bani-suef govern rate.
