Abstract
Patients included in this study were 46 with 46 eyes. divided into 5 groups diabetics 11 (success rate 57.14%), diabetic and hypertensive 9 (success rate 55.55%), rhegmatogenous RD 9 (success rate 78.57%), previous trauma ?(success rate
71.43%) and 5 patients had miscellaneous causes (success rate 100%).The result of all groups were 69.57 % success, while there were 21.74% failure and 8.7% with no change.
