Abstract


steosarcoma is a malignant bone tumor characterized by atypical cells
IJ that produce osteoid. This prospective study was designed to determine the disease free survival and overall survival of patients with non-metastatic osteosarcoma who receive preoperative chemotherapy (doxorubicin, ifosfamide and cisplatin), undergo limb salvage surgery followed by adjuvant chemotherapy (high-dose methotrexate, doxorubicin and ifosfamide).
