Abstract
The present study aimed to determine the importance of the conal branch of the right coronary artery in cases of anterior wall acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and to examine the relation between : The ST segment elevation in lead V1 and V3R during evolving anterior acute myocardial infarction, and the coronary blood supply of the anterior interventricular septum.
