Abstract


In this thJsis the high purity (99.999%) CdGa2se4 ingot material is prepared and the optimum conditions for preparing nearly stoichiometric and
single phase C Ga2se4 films are selected. The structure, optical and electrical properties of CdGa2se4 films are studied to determine many parameters, which

reflect that CdGa2se4 in thin film form has interesting properties for electronic
applications.
