SYNTHESIS OF SOME NEW TRIAZEPINES WITH EXPECTED BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES

Abstract
Depending on the foregoing findings, the present work described the synthesis of some new condensed [1,2,4] triazepino [2,3-b] isoquinoline; pyrido [1,2-b] triazepine[l,2,4] and pyrido [1,2-b] pyrazolo [4,3-fj triazepine [1,2,4], respectively.
The object of the present work is the synthesis of some new
annelated triazepines. This was achieved by the preparation of the intermediates thiopyranethiones I, II and its o-diamino compounds
III and IV, respectively.

Cyclocondensation reaction of the o-diamine compounds III and/or IV with some substituted acyclic and heterocyclic chalcones V, VI and/or VII, acetylacetone VIII; diethylmalonate. IX, ethylacetoacetate X and cinnamaldehyde XI were carried out in boiling methanol in the presence of catalytic amount of acetic acid
