Abstract
Only recently has GDC coiling made an impact in the management of anterior circulation aneurysms .
It provides management outcomes devastating disease .

Untill now it has not reached the established standards set by microneurosurgical techniques except in certain situations.
We performed 66 procedures for 60 patients presenting with anterior circulation aneurysms .
The patients age ranged from 29 yrs to 67 yrs .Smoking was a significant fmding during history taking .
CT head was the first step in investigating all patients . Lumbar puncture was performed for patients with negative CT head for subarachnoid blood and a good history. MRI & MRA • was performed for patients undergoing image guided surgery in order to collect the digital data needed.
