Abstract


Omphalocele, as a malformation of the abdominal wall in neonates is still a challenging surgical emergency for the pediatric surgeons. Several prognostic factors have been identified, regarding the prognosis and the outcome of management of omphalocele cases. The aim of this work is to t1y to make a protocol for the treatment strategy of neonatal omphalocele.
