Abstract
Neonatal jaundice is considered one of the most common clinical problems in the neonatal period especially among prematurinfants as it has more dangerous complications in this group of neonates. It is essential to keep indirect bilirubin concentration below the critical level at which neurotoxicity may occur.
The aim of this study was to cast the light upon solving the problem of isoimmune hemolytic jaundice, which is inevitable problem as the parents' blood groups, is the only factor govemmg its occurrence that occurs in a completely random manner.
