Abstract


Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) is considered the most common metabolic disorder of childhood with important consequences for physical and emotional development.




The intent of this study was to detect the effect of IDDM on the IQ and the type of personality trait among Egyptian children and to identify the main factor(s) responsible for this effect.
