Uses of Keto – oxiranes in synthesis of some Heterocyclic systems of Expected biological activity

Abstract
A comparative study on grinding and the conventional efficient synthesis of the target 5-, 6- & 7-membered condensed and non-condensed heterocycles from α,β- keto-oxiranes (scaffolds). Notably, the grinding technique provides facile access to target heterocycles in excellent yields and high purity, as well as providing high yield economy[YE] compared with conventional methods. Single crystal X-ray study identified the stereochemical structure of pyrazol-4-ol derivative 2C.
