Abstract
Co2 laser is utilized for the treatment of laryngeal Carcinoma around the world. This study included 30 Cases, 13 were glottic, 6 supra glottic, II transglottic. Different Co2 laser excisions were performed.
Follow up of patients revealed 21 cases with no recurrence, while 9 cases had recurrence.
We concluded that Co2 laser was successful in treatment early
Cases of glottic and supra glottic Carcinoma.
