New Trends in Management of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Abstract


Osteoporosis has been studied by many researchers for 20 years .The research goal is to study new trends in early diagnosis,prevention and treatment of this disease.There are many methods for treatment such as hormonal treatment by estrogen and others like bisphosphonates.Anew trend also is the non- phannacologic therapy such as exercise or wearing hip protector pads Phannaco\ogic therapy also has new drugs like phytoestmgen,SERM,or once weekly or monthly bisphosphonates which increase patient adherence to therapy. The research includes the most recent study about bone mass of Egyptian women.
