Abstract


This study was carried out on 20 patients with heavy cigarettes smoking history all of them underwent pulmonary function tests to evaluate. The reversibility of airways after bronchodilator inhalation, salbutamol. Spiral (Helical) computed tomography was performed to
evaluate the presence of emphysema and the severity of this emphysema.
