Abstract


or along time line aortic valve replacement was the main line of surgical treatment of all aortic valve diseases with it's all risks of prothetic heart valve complications including thromboembolic events & valve dysfunction and bacterial endocorditis especially in young patients.
For all that during the 1960s and 1970s, an intial attempts at aortic valve repair performed consists of commissurotomy, leaflet shaving and percordial patches.
With the time agreat progress hael occurred in the era of aortic valve repair depending on understanding detailed anatomy and functional interactions among aortic cusps, aortic annulus and sinotubuler junctions all of this has led to the concept of tailored surgical repair of aoric insufficiency. According to pathology of aoric valve disease one of best and great tools in progress of aortic valve repair is transesophogeal echocardiography which consider a corner stone and a leader during & post repair and a very large percertage of success long term outcome depend on competant valve in transesophageal echocardiography post repair.
