Abstract
Obstetric brachial plexus palsy is adisabling injury. Between November 1998 and January 2002, Ill cases were followed up in children's hospital CUH.
91 cases were treated conservatively and 20 cases were treated operatively. Operative exploration changed the motor power in all cases, thus improving the motor capability and decreasing the infirmity.
