Abstract
This study was carried out to investigate C. trachomatis and other microbial agents that may have an etiological role in chronic prostatitis.
The study was carried out on 50 patients attending the outpatient Andrology clinic, Ain shams University Hospitals with symptoms suggestive of chronic prostatitis and high cell count in their expressed prostatic secretion (more than 10 pus cells/HPF).
