Circuits and Systems for MEMS Based Sensors
Mina Gad Saif Attia;
Abstract
he field of MEMS sensors interfaces is demanding development as the era of IoT approaches. Inertial sensors are used in many appli-
cations as it have the second largest market share after pressure sensors. Since the performance limit of such smart sensors should be the sensor itself, the need for interfaces that do not limit the ultimate achievable per- formance of the sensor is growing as the applications evolves. The tighter the specs of the sensor interfaces, the harder the challenge will be in de- signing them. A robust systematic design for these interfaces can save development time, ensure meeting the specifications and guarantee the system stability.
