But, still the delayed breast reconstruction providing the safest results especially after 2 years of being disease free, metastases free avoiding flap fat necrosis, flap shrinkage or implant capsular contracture due to radiotherapy without interference with irradiation delivery or side effects of chemotherapy; lowered immunity or infection.
